To be more precise, I think this is because of the flammer that allow Changing skills to be cast while moving. Not because of the skill itself.

I'm not sure if this change will impact Corrupting Horror, Whispers + Mouth of Tzeentch, or Big Swing because they increase cast time by a percentage.

Blinding Aura (M2 AM), for sure, will be impacted because it increase cast time by a flat value of 1sc.

That's like saying someone who isn't a politician can't make comments on politics. I don't care ranked, it's fine to exist. But I question the further development and continued support of a system that goes against the original design principle of the game, and also has an extremely tiny population...
