Just think it's best to max Mcrit>Fstrike(under 0%)>block in that order (then str or armor/wounds)
Survivability is fine with mini 20% block as long tank can switch guard fast (and you can hit stuff)
You can spec without Pious Restoration/Divine Warding ...

Problem is : there are fewer maps where team can focus on BO over kills
Twisted tower/DW/Khaine's Embrace/High pass ...

Kills in Sc should give the same renown as anywhere else :
-It's rare to get many kills (unlike joining rvr wb)
-Killing is 90% the first thing to win a sc (going solo for obj make the team wipe)

There are better ways to focus obj / stop the spawn farm :
-Guards / Heavy Cannons at spawn
-Huge ...
