Im from USA is it because I'm in another country and I need a VPN blocker perhaps? I can't understand why it won' let me.

Yes I tried running it as admin.

I followed the install guide step by step perfectly and I'm getting this error every time I try and launch and hit connect :(

I tried running as administrator and that did nothing. :(
