So before the patch you were limited on how much RR points you could spend by your character level. And this unlocked at R36 where you could spend all your remaining points. As far as i understand now this R36 unlock is no longer the case and it only unlocks at R40.

As long as there is no evidence, this is pointless. Besides, why would people intentionally attack the server they are playing on? It will affect them as much as the enemy.

It's a general understanding of the population that blasting potions, especially when used in quantities, produce big amounts of lag, to the server but also to the faction that is targetted each time.
