There are multiple problems with this 'elemental debuff. The most obvious is, you need to have a DPS RP in the group. Which is less than desirable and far from guaranteed. Then, the debuff requires for the DPS RP to be on the frontlines and to equip a special tactic. Outside of meme premade setups ...

+ BW got elemental resist debuff finally in form of RP rework which more than makes up for this nerf in aoe/warband content. Can you explain a bit more..you mean BW got an elemental resist debuff from Rune Priest ??...Sorcerers also got or have something similar(spiritual or corporeal debuff ...

Feels terrible. Damage is wet noodles. I'm playing SW now and even in annihilator, my damage against targets not specifically built for tankiness isn't much lower than 80rr BW.
