After some testing: pure helps in combination with Buffhead+Enemy.
The moment i activate Loyalpet or everybodyguard the UI bugs again.
Would be happy to see ideas how to fix it.

Which changes to loot rolls you talk about? Did I miss something? Seems like. You cant get Subjugator pre 40 - and even then it can take "some" time, therefore u have to get your interim endgameweapon elsewhere. Even one was not able to use it one had the thing already and had not to bother about ...

Oh my, you never played any F2P - did you? You can reach r40 with ANY class stressless in less than 24h playtime.

I agree that the lvl limitation of 5 is too narrow and her comes the but:
You can lvl in T1 damn fast - bridging the gap was never a problem for me.

And i kinda dont get the playerkill-argument since bolstering. Explain pls.
