A new gem, Moonstone, is being added to the Twilight's Tide event. This electric blue gem will provide Wounds and Initiative, and the Annulus version will grant 2% Block as its bonus stat.

Mb add trade citrine(or amethyst)=moonstone? (like with ws=ini tali before)

Most players have few chars or more and how they supposed farm them in 10d
Its probably hard to craft 1-2 but if you need more
One thing is event with lini but here..
Mb add decay on ring or way to craft\farm always not on event only or that you can use only 1 ring

Basic: Potion of Acclaim or 10 gold or 25 War Tokens
Advanced: 7-day Event Slot item or 50 War Tokens
Elite: Stalwart Soulstone or 50 gold or 100 War Tokens

Not sure about potion
Tokens small amount,its faster farm some pq 30+ for 1h to get full ruin set
May be add for reward [Crate of ...

Only IB have this bug.You can check https://github.com/WarEmu/WarBugs/issues/15857 this post.May be the reason why not fixed yet cause topic have label could not reproduce.
