Return of Reckoning

Problem is solved, I was experiencing two different issues at the same time which is why I missed the obvious solution to both of them.

Apparently this is an issue with not opening the launcher enough times for all the patches to fully load and fixes itself if you let it fully patch.

Oh, missing character models and can't create a character through the menu is the exact same problem I'm encountering! Has a resolution to this been found?

So, it verifies all of the files, doesn't find any errors when repairing them either, but when I try to start the game I can't see any of the characters on the creation screen, it just shows me a pile of floating weapons.
