I disabled both the AV and Windows Firewall, same error

Same error for me. I just downloaded the game client and launcher and followed the unzip instructions etc. So maybe I messed it up...unsure. I have tried running the rorLauncher as administrator as was suggested on another thread, but no change. Error starting: System.UnauthorizedAccessException ...
