Im sorry to say but logic in that post is blantly biased. As 2h DPW WP with amazing selfheal capabilities (not comparable to any other MDPS) you want mobility as other MDPS has? If you want to have same level of mobility as those classes then DPS WP would need any ability to self heal to be blocked...

Well that is how you can kill anything. If wp/dok had 50% charge 30 sec CD then they would suddenly have more charge/mobility than any other melee dps and that is what makes charge too good for dok/wp to have.
