I think they should give out free full geared toons when you get a character to rr226. That sounds completely reasonable. More so than your suggestion. I feel like if you got a character to 226, a trained psychologist should appear on your screen and attempt to console you on your poor life choices...

What I find silly is, you all enjoyed 3x xp rates during event, which lasted about a week. Now you only need 3 times the time to get the same xp. During the event it was easy to rank up chars, so where is the problem to rank up characters the normal way? One week is not much and now it requires 3-4...
