Return of Reckoning

Are mutation procs intended to drop off when you change mutations? I’m noticing monstro proc is dropping off when I change stance / mutation and will only last the 5 sec duration when I remain in the same stance.

Personally I haven’t played any T1 but I could imagine it’s horrible. RR gains are slowed across the board. My opinion the community as a whole should push for content rather than cry about class / faction balance..... yes I’m a filthy xrealmer!!!

I was looking for insight not trolling. Let me rephrase, I have a BG lvl 40 and in conquer gear SnB for all comparison purposes. I have recently started playing order and have not settled in in a tank. What differences should / could I expect to see between these two tanks. BG vs IB.
