Return of Reckoning

After I type my username and password and click "Connect", the client freezes for a few seconds and then a window pops up with this error:

My suspicions were right. I also followed your advice, about the folder and stuff. Thank you so much for your help, mate. The client seems to work properly now.

You need to create the directory, that’s why is does not exist :)

My suggestion is use file explorer to create directory c:\ror
Then copy the game there
Check it is not write protected

Just a guess as that message seems not to be what I would expect, try this and see.

Maybe a type error but when u say “move the game to programs” I strongly recommend not having it there as windows does thing like automatically write protects things there
Place it in c:\ror worth trying

Might help if you type that Greek message in English , could give some clue as to the problem ...

Obvious answer is to make sure that the game directory and all sub folders have write protect removed.
This sometimes can be a problem if you placed the game under /program file/..
Try place contents under c:/ror/

If all else start game as admin

I've downloaded the game through the "Download Full Game" option and not the torrent one. The first time I installed it, I just downloaded the English version and when I launched it ...
