Return of Reckoning

Is the quest "Cleansing an Empire" bugged? I mean the step next to the last one.

I have the same problem, but I don't speak computer ^^ could You explain where to find this option?


Right click the game folder file -> Properties -> Un-tick the "Read only+ option -> Press apply -> Ok on the next message (for applying on the sub-folders).
