Return of Reckoning

So, the problem is that Launcher redownload all files whole the time, cause i think it didnt't see those files.
Any suggestions to solve that?

Is it possible to decrease lvl for rvr from t2 to t1 and so on?

and what about xrealming? will it be fixed, cause it really annoying. Just time penalty like on off was perfect

Will each race starts on their own location in some distant future or it's for eternal will be Norsca\Nordland. Others T1 Locations a bit unpopulated
