Just gave it a try and it only now seems to work if Harbinger is in an ability slot that has a shortcut key assigned to it. I assume that was part of the crude workaround for now? try unlicking throu the user settings:

sequences are stored server side, and exist even without the sequencer addon (wich is only a gui so you don't have to type all the server set commands manually)

try typing:
