There's practically zero reward for showing up to defend a fort that is heavily outnumbered, and there is all the rewards available to the attackers. It's been broken for years.

I have to disagree. Some of the best scenario fights are four v. four. Particularly when neither side has a healer. And the system queuing up earlier makes pops more frequent.
As has been complained about ad nauseum, the issues with scenarios are barriers and guard placement. Scenarios excell ...

SC matchmaker is still awful
Stop creating sc's that are 4v4, 5v5, then backfilling to 12v12 half way through. Just wait for 12v12 or 18v18. These two weekend scs have been so bad compared to last year.

T1 is basically the most cooked tier by a mile and a half. You're realistically only in it for a few hours, so the scenarios are slim and the RvR is dramatically imbalanced almost 100% of the time. I love how the goalposts have moved from months ago "stop making scs where one side has zero healers" to "one healer less".

I would say that currently, acquiring equipment and leveling up is very easy.
You can earn crests everywhere, there is only one PvP currency. In the past, you used to earn different ones depending on the content (sc, orvr, city).

I wrote about this weeks ago. The SC system is dying. They don't care.
The idea that you can have "balanced" scenarios that force heal/tank/dps without checking gear and some kind of MMR system is beyond dumb.
Because the sc's are taking longer to pop interest is going down the toilet.

They nerfed purple bags is all where madcap = 200 purp frag ~20g value, now is blue rarity and you will get more taking the gemstones (10g).
