Youtube algorithm pushing RoR content might have helped here. This is the way I was reminded I have a RoR account from few years back, so I have decided to take a nostalgia trip myself, and have ended up dragging a gaming mate of mine into this. Thank you for keeping this experience alive.

Because Knights were too strong. You can't be one of the best tanks, one of the most useful debuffers, one of the classes with the best utility AND do great damage.

So it was correct to add some balance.

Is the Knight of the Blazing Sun's strength scaling for ability damage still broken as claimed in that guide?

I suppose initially it is easier to out level quest and mobs in your area. I hope in the future we will see MMOs with adoptive difficulty level so you can always face a challenge whatever your level and the area you are exploring.
