Mobs sometimes spawn within world objects or underground. Asking a GM for help or checking again after a server restart usually solves this.

when was the last time you played? if you caught the BHA stack nerf, then SW has been pretty much the same since.

all the major changes so far, barring a few, have been for tanks and healers. dps changes are yet to come.
