What mastery/tactic build do you recommend for new RR40 with Annihilator armor? Maybe a zerg RvR build to build some crests and RR points

I know there is Bombling's compendium guide but a little confused as i don't know which build is catered to RR40.

I'm mainly needing two builds; Pug WB RvR and another for SCs (or ST?)
