I can get past the launch to launch the game. Then the background and music appear and it doesn't go any further. I have redownloaded and reinstalled 3 times. Deleted the cache, run as admin, changed folder permissions, disabled AV, and firewall. Nothing seems to work. Been at this for about 5 hours ...
