Imo SW morales are fine as they are now. I think SW shouldnt in no case be balanced around 1 shotting people with their morales, it promotes a very boring type of gameplay. I would agree scout is atm 1/2 of a regular sorc, bw, engi or your choice of ranged dps. It can do good if you find a squishy ...

Seems odd that Vanquisher Chest for Engineers only has 3 base stats. Chest pieces from other sets (including Oppressor) have a 4th stat which is typically a bonus. Is this Intended or an oversight? I have the same question, also about SW and SH vanq chest pieces. Other chest pieces from other sets ...
