Guys i get how win i all but how is posible that sometimes one dude have as 1000% more exp than others?

I mean sometimes one dude in my group have less damage,less healing,less killshots,less all than me but i get as 40000 exp and 3000 renown and he get 80k exp and 8k renown.

I just start to play and got my engi to 28\32 and it is very fun as sniper(even if i am multidoting all time) but i have seen as sniper build isnt mague 100% better than us?

We need stack ws and bs to get same or lower damage than mague stacking only int and can get defensive stats.

I finnally started some hours ago,i lvled a ironbreaxker to 9, a swordmaster to 6 and a thunderer to 6.

The ironbreacker is my prefered for felling of the aestetical,but it is boring to play,keep bufs,and see how the grudges go up slowly and i run out of energy fast.
