hello all...i cant log in...i do everything on launcher but it stops running before character's choice window...after a few seconds i need to crash game cuz i cant do anything and when at beggining i get a massage telling autentication falled...application will now terminate anyone to help me please ...

i also have run the antivirus on my compt and i had like 16 files infected,i sent them to quarentine and after i eliminated all.i try to run launch game again and again nothing ;[
