I've had this problem since October, and have tried everything. From the video on how to install RoR, to doing the torrent instead of the direct link, to unchecking the Read Only box multiple times, to starting it up and closing it several times to try and do the verify. I've even tried full ...

I'm having that problem as well. Even a full, fresh install did nothing.
