Is there a way to make like a dot appear when at certain range for example ?

Is there a way of fixing the group bars greying on click bug ?
Looks like you can heal someone, but when you click, it simply greys out, cuz you're not in range... Making you waste a lot a time.

Also if anyone has an idea about on addon that would show your target better ? On your ...
