Return of Reckoning

A few patches ago, we updated this to make sure Order players could get the same regen jewel. Both sides have different quests but now get the same rewards.

Pug SC was renamed into Discordant skrimish last year. At the same time, it was also updated to trigger various scenarios when it popped, so you could get different maps instead of always getting the same SC.
