While we aren't currently planning to make the Mentor's Marks account-bound, we agree that the XP Apprentice Boons purchased for Mentor's Marks would benefit from this significantly as most level 40 players no longer need these.

The regular Apprentice Boons will remain BoP, but starting next patch ...

in terms of stuck places, 1 comes to mind, Dark elf fort (fell landing) spikes on second floor can get you stuck when jumping from respown point.

It's not the most important issue, but... 5-minute level 36+ potions are being used for the most part as a way to scam people out of gold on the AH. Perhaps something could be done to the crafting scaling to avoid this grief. 30 min minimum or something idk. I don't think 5 min post should even ...

Since last patch first boss on Crypts enrages very often and we dont know why, can someone explain why or DEVS check if this is a bug, it became the hardest boss on the dungeon when it was much more easier

If RvR is heavily outnumbered, scenarios are also a great way to level, especially in T1 and mid-tiers. These are almost always even fights and I've always enjoyed jumping into the solo queues on new chars. Time of day may result in more or fewer pops, depending.

In level 16+ RvR, population shifts ...

The respawn timer of about ~2 hours seems a bit long to me, only 3 people per faction can profit from it every 2 hours.
Reducing the timer to 30-60 minutes would be beneficial for all players that look for some extra XP during leveling.
