The whole logic of weapons rebalance is introducing new bis pvp weapons on sov quality level. So they nerfed old inv quality bis weapons so new sov quality would arguably be similar like pre patch invader.

Edited the main post to add the newly discovered undocumented change of Twilight's Tide Annulus rings having their item level buffed from 40 to 49 (will affect their stats post re-itemization)

I just updated the calculations and edited the main post because I somehow missed that the Twilight's Tide Annulus rings are ilvl 49 (instead of 40) and are of Mythic rarity (instead of Very Rare ). As such, here is the comparison to the Lost Vale Rings:

And I still remember most 2H weapons got two procs, to compensate the difference between setups.

You only need to wear 1 piece in each ward fragment to complete a ward.
