One challenge with this idea that comes to mind is that a player could purchase multiple purple seeds once they have the unlock, multiplying their output from a single seed up to four instantly. Tome unlocks can definitely work as a purchase mechanic, but they don't have any limiters that ...

It's how it was on Warhammer online age of reckoning and it was like that on this RoR server as well. It's like this by design. It's supposed to stack.

Are you certain you are currently applying the larger debuff (Wrath of Hoeath) first?

Because if not, then the larger debuff will overwrite the smaller one and lead to a damage increase even ...

These debuffs should not stack together (both are in the "Ability" category) and both have the NonStacking flag in the ability database.

Are you sure they are stacking together in the PTS? If so please bugreport it.

-20 on the wounds debuff (Blastwave will also do less dmg)
-20 on the str buff
-20 on the toughness debuff



Wounds debuff was reduced by 20 but also most common Wounds buffs (e.g. WP buff) got reduced by 30
