WP/DoK dps specs are considered a DPS not Healers in ranked SC for a reason. And to be specific, DPS DoK (dual wield)'s healing output to team mates is super low, aside from selfheal from Rend Soul. The dps healing spec is with the shield, but I duno how effective it is compare to chalice builds ...

As far as I can tell the new changes to scenarios have not helped and instead have hindered game play. Queue times at all ranks have not noticeably decreased for me. You really werent paying attention were you? Frankly order should have been embarrassed. Lord dead, lost another zone while hiding in keep and couldnt manage to take enough BO's. Nothing to brag about here.
