Return of Reckoning

i been off for a month or two and found this is ROR update

my virus scanner pulled this up in ROR. if you guys need to disable any type of virus scanner to run ROR this is why.

please explain now.

greenskins and dwarfs got a main city (kk and KP) why cant we open them up for rvr? empire / chaos got a main city ( IC and altdrof) we fight in there... high elf and dark elf = no city.. = wtf where is the big super city for all? City Siege is more then "City is open now, go and have fun"...

Iv downloaded this addon today and i get this error and have no idea why. is their any steps to follow to use this?
