If you want to remove just the buffs/debuffs from the default unit frames, you can do that with Phantom addon. If you wish to replace it and customize it yourself, you can use something like Pure.

So, since the WL is the only MDPS in the game without a proper heal debuff (50% out going) and it has received several nerfs over the past year or so.

I would like to suggest the option to "upgrade" Thin The Herd to a 50% incoming heal debuff, through slotting a tactic (similar to marauder, maybe ...
