dominator set is left behind on ranked scs? Looks like vanq is the min set you have to wear

Been in Q for more than 1 hour and my MMR is 3445, how is this? I guess I cannot get into them because of this high MMR (previously I had 1450ish)

and what about dual wield (dps) DoK ? Would you still use the same RR? and what would you replace the shield with?
Btw, subjugator shield is another 300 absorb shield.
