T3 ist laut den Devs schon spielbereit, allerdings verzögert sich der Release etwas, da man erst die laggs in den Griff bekommen will.
Soweit ich es mitbekommen habe liegt es wohl daran, dass die server momentan mit zu geringen upload angebunden sind.
