started getting server throwing up null refrences after server reboot it is now spreading to my other characters

skills are not firing after server restart throwing up server null reference. :shock: looks like it is only effecting toons that had been logged in at the time of server restart. this is happening anytime i try to mount hit flee use a skill with a cooldown, buffs not applying but go on cooldown. ie ...

as the title states is there a hard cap for AA haste? also trying to figure out how AA haste works currently in RoR?
with 15 AA haste on a 2.0 speed 1 handed weapon does that make the weapon 1.85?
