Return of Reckoning

The image should explain itself and the problem at hand that i somehow discovered. Descriptions of my abilities, and the names of said abilities dont pop-up with the ability tooltip

So im sort of a new player, with a Level 38, RR 50-ish Chosen (Path of Corruption) that feels like its Char is an abomination against the very concept of the career. What would be a good setup to be as tanky as possible once i reach lvl 40?

Download the game using the torrent, the game can be downloaded only with the launcher, but it takes forever and is not made for that.

If you start your game the first time you won't be able to open the backpack and use abilities, to fix this, close the game and launcher and start the launcher ...

So after a week of dowloading +150.000 files, i started RoR, and every single weapon/shield in the game, as weel as chaos' disks are either black or invisible, and as a plus, there's no voice lines for anyone. I would like a solution that doesnt involve downloading everything AGAIN

So, i got this error today in the morning, after i tried to start the RoR Launcher that says there's a problem with instructions that are referenced with one another, and that makes it impposible to read the memory. Has anyone an idea about this means? (my PC installed some "updates" to wins .NET 64 ...
