Tried it. No go still. I'm assuming maybe it's on a different measurement? I show my influence is full and could get items from the Rally Master but just not the Herald guy. Will keep grinding I guess.

When an RvR zone is locked you will not be able to get exp/influence/renown points, just a heads up. Just not sure what to do. Have participated in Nordland and my influence is full. I'm only able to select the "basic reward". The following 2 items are still showing I need more influence however I'm full? Any suggestions? I've already restarted and relogged multiple times so I'm at a loss.
