No, it's a general patch to a whole pool of abilities that affects all archetypes. (to be fair Kotbs and Chosen see some special treatment)
It is not a patch to balance DPS classes ...

Please stop telling us to stop telling about broken classes because "DPS patch will fix it". Will it or will not we are yet to see. What we see is that the elephant in the room is being ignored but we are lining up values from 240 to 250 and from 120 to 100.

Would also be nice to see antiheal spec addressed. Correct me if I am wrong but right now antiheal abilities only affect spells categorized as Healing but Blessings, Enchantments and lifetaps remain unaffected. All healers have 3 healing spells and 5-7 spells that restore life but not categorized as ...

Why can't we have a non-physical damage spec like WE's? Asking since devs read this thread.

There must be this or other proper escape card. Or two assuming lack of defences. The class is already of the hardest to play.

I do agree it should be moved from mastery tree to basic ability. Dunno about WE, but most WHs are locked with 10 points in Confession and 6 poits in Judgement tree ...

Soon we will see builds with 3 shields - Sacrifices Rewarded, Enveloping Shadows and proc from LV set.

But truth to be told WHs can have it too.

There are lots of complaints about WB being op compared to WH but many WHs just ignore Exit Wound or do not play it right. And EW is a very powerful tool

Tanks and healers got their patches already, dps did not. As a result you will be struggling fighting equally geared and equally experienced snb tanks. 2h tanks should be fine as long as you have 2 parry buffs.
