Entry level shields can be found from the shield wielding WP looking merchants by like the altdorf career trainers. They can also be found in the warcamps.

Next step up is the subjugator shield from purple/gold bags. Then you can do pve dungeons or scenarios for the next few shields after that ...

I am 40/56 WP looking for the best and fastest way to find myself a shield to switch to grace build.

Would it be PQ farming or dungeons or am I missing a PvP shield from a vendor somewhere?
