I've got no bar in my ToK and can't see the rewards at the rally master. I've clocked up quite a bit of inf ...

SM:

- Phantom's Blade to a group shield
- Sapping Strike to an AP drain
- Crashing Wave to 9pts
- Redirected Force to a medium punt

Would quite like to see the proposed heal element to Phantoms Blade as well
