That's a shame, it was a good black dye, where can one obtain it now?

Vendor's dye selections are missing the "Order of the Griffon Black" dye and in its stead there is "Charcoal Black" dye. It has been a while since I dyed my armors, but I remember that it wasn't like this before. Was this change intentional or a bug to be reported?
