Just to let everyone know, we are fairly sure there is a bug where RvR events/encounters are not spawning but we have yet to identify exactly why. The internal markers we have seem to indicate something is wrong and we are trying to locate what exactly is the cause.

The lockout system has an inconvenience, it's possible to be locked out of both sides at the same time.
I'll describe how I incurred into the issue:
1. This morning I played on destro.
2. Before having a break, I swapped order side to create a new character: I logged in, my new order character ...

There is a bug currently that has a fix pending in where even though you dont have a lockout you dont get any loot

King of the Hill - my hopes are that the range of the buff will be visible to the owner, and not to small.
Also I would like to know what are the conditions to start it, so for example, it won't start when wb lead enters the zone with aao, but the zone will need to have some fights in it first ...

finally the chillwind spot is fixed..
the most obvious suggestion is to remove collision from boxes. i've been told by a dev this is impossible because it would make them un-interactable and honestly that seems fine just stop them from dropping off kills at this point.
maybe there can be a fix ...

- Fell Landing fortress boundary slightly expanded to prevent legitimate players from being incorrectly removed.
Nice to see fast response time on such fixes. It not only 7 days ago since i gave screenshots of locations near the Reapers BO in Fell landing where both Order & Destro got ported ...

as for sieging the stuntie and green cities. Its been somewhat discussed but there is many questions on how to do that with systems around it and has not been a priority to look at currently. Id love to at some point have them siege:able.

3 I think is already working otherwise its broken and I need a bugreport. Im not sure if its on live yet (little confused as to the sc test that was done) or if its coming next patch but update when in closed/open warband/party should also work and update real time.
