I think I have solved it!
I had the same problem and this is how I fixed it:

- Go to your network adapter settings
- Right click your main adapter and choose properties
- Click on configure and go to the "advanced" tab
- Go to something called "speed & duplex" (might differ, I'm using german ...

I had the same problem. The solution from here helped me:
