Return of Reckoning

Big question about doing a fresh install with this. I'm still quite new to the game, but if the most current updated version no longer supports Vulkan, DX11, or OpenGL then when we install ReShade what option do we choose if those aren't supported? And should we not use Vulkan anymore? Performance ...
