lets increase wirling blade radius and reduce id radius to 5 feet + 10 feet around = all balance what we have seen

if u died at boss try interact with that item what spawn boss ( even u abadoned quest)

increase city population from 24 to 32/48 ( 1 person loosing than shoudnt be noticable) aoe is anyway 24 not 9

rampage was never problem byt how it was changed on ror
either buff slayer to wl level or nerf wl to slayer level.

To balance sides by mirroring is not the way to go. Pounce/Ranged KD used ...

i was in similar situation with dark elf quest also thought all what u thought need kill mob again its drop quest item. byt i just needed click on table and i tooked quest and boss spawned.
