Return of Reckoning

Is this quest bugged? Used to be you just clicked it and it shot you where you needed to go. Now it does nothing. What am I missing?

I have everything installed but when I log into the launcher I can either hit the Forum button or the Update button. I hit the Update and it Updates, then the launcher closes. Every time. What am I doing wrong? Please advise. Thanks
