Mats for +25 talis coming from cities would make 100% sense, cities should be the endgame for BiS characters, and yea yea I know, cities had their issues, but majority of these were caused by matchmaking and I believe could be fixed/improved.

Sad to see that the flood of feedback about +25 talis has been 100% ignored.

The question is "what kind of content should BiS 80+ characters be encouraged to do?" for me, the answer is definitely NOT dungeon speedruns.

Some random feedback after logging in on PTS:
1) Looks like a lot of new shields get "on being hit" proc, I didn't do the math which tier these procs are considered by devs but "on being hit" is the worst type of proc for snb tanks, I think that any proc like that on a shield/snb set should be ...

Ps: Please remove shield transmog to sword for dok, it's unfair for orda

Good for you. You have an established account, so I have great news for you. You don't have to do dungeon speedruns yourself to get these talismans. You will be able to just buy them off the AH.

They're tradeable. If you can't handle doing some pve runs, just buy them off AH when they pop up. There is an argument to be made when character bound obviously BiS gear is locked behind lengthy pve grinds, because you literally have to do that content yourself to stay competitive. This is not ...
