If you really want to look at faction balance, look at the whole faction. Why is order overperforming in forts for example? Well, the ranged classes are attractive and fun, people love playing Bright Wizards and Engineers...etc etc...


And how should developers fix this, or should they even ...

I hate the RDPS spam on Order but the reason that they are in those forts and keeps is because GTDC is so strong in the field that Order just dies in a head to head match up. So if you are looking for blame then look at how much the meta changed when new GTDC and MSH pounce were introduced.

Kills are not being added to the kill quests in open RvR. I know there were some changes to the kills contribution and I am not sure if that what affected getting kills counted for the kill quests. I spend many hours these past few days on my newly leveled alt sham, many zone flips and fights, solo ...

I would suggest to group with a healer and q as duo if you can't get into a 2/2/2 group. This way you get faster pop than q solo and have a healer.

The 24 aoe cap is here for the reason. You can still break forts if you actually TRY and bring the right comps. I mean look at Reikwald tonight, destro abandoned it to go afk in Shining Way and we nearly lost both because of that, but those same people would come and whine about how destro can't ...

I don't think buffing the aoe damage of the Destro melee train would be good for the game at all, they already have the better melee train in 9/10 City instances. Just because 1 city out of 10 brings enough Slayers to do a better melee train doesn't mean Destros need a buff.

Order will generally lose to dumb mistakes or weak plays from themselves
