Game is much more fun and healthy when you just play oRvR for fun fights and don't care who takes which keep and which City is razed. And there in lies the problem when comparing ROR to WAR. The zone/city and at the end fort ranking mechanic always tended to take priority over zerg v. zerg skirmish...

Rather than a T1 server I think that the tier divisions should be adjusted to accommodate the fact that there are so many players near or at end gear. What made WAR great was realm pride and the focus on RvR not PvP. RoR's pop swings go in both directions.
