Just to show the numbers, as of yesterday, since the last time Order won a city;

Order has won 79 city instances
Destruction has won 206 city instances

Out of the last 285 city instances Destruction has won 72.3%.

Didn't Order just win about half the instances in the city siege that ended a couple hours ago? I'm not saying we sit around and do nothing by any means, but surely there's an attitude problem here affecting the win-loss ratio. While checking tactics- I wonder why I never see any rSWs using it. In theory, while calculating numbers and especially when combined with Skirmish stance for aa on the move, it should add lot of dmg. Those hits might look small, but its spirit dmg and as proc it ignores toughness mitigation- over ...

wanna know why when the order will buffed, no significant changes not happen? I'm telling you, because almost all competent organized wbs will run over to the order side, and you get exactly the same situation only turned on 180 °. If equalizing CC abilities or class synergy swings the city win rat...

Yes it does convert talisman, though I would still recommend using willpower talisman to save yourself the hassle of needing to cycling Rune of Breaking every time you zone.
